NSE Blended Family clients’ are looking to start a Blended Family or are in the middle of creating a Blended Family. Many engagements start with circumstances of family; in the middle of the chaos! Each are looking to create healthy, trusting and strong relationships with a “Tribe” mentality. Blended families are not like the traditional family, they have unique opportunities and challenges in ensuring that each family member thrives.
NSE’s role as “family” facilitators is to assist the family in developing strategies and the development of their own roadmap; steps on how to achieve the "vision" for their blended family.
NSE encourages a Slow Cooker method, one that allows each family member to feel safe, to feel that they belong and that who they are, what they do matters.
The primary services that NSE offers are support in working with the parents initially through a workshop, facilitating family meetings, and providing individual coaching.

The Slow Cooker method is to allow time and space for family relationships to develop. As with a slow cooker, allowing the flavour to form, cooking the contents; until it is ready.
Is your focus to build a new “family”? A new FAMILY may not be what the children are looking for. Rather, we suggest to focus on creating a new team or a new tribe. A new tribe with the concept that this new tribe cares about you, loves you, wants the best for you; a new tribe that you can count on.
